Bupleurum griffithii / syn. Bupleurum rotundifolium 'Griffithii' or 'Griffiti' (Thorow Wax - because it appears to grow (waxes) through the leaves)
Yellow flowers in long lasting lime green bracts, blue-green leaves up slender stems. Looks like it might be a Euphorbia but is actually an umbel. Excellent cut flower or dried. Hardy annual, self sows gently 15"
